Of course deals are made. It depends on the crime and severity. Mccain's honorable funeral was a deal. Bush Sr.'s honorable funeral was a deal. James Comey flipped. Another deal. You better believe many deals were made. Crimes against humanity, treason, and other more serious statues there are no deals. HRC begged for a deal, and got none. Obama the same along with Biden. Hunter got some form of a deal because of his taped confession. A deal doesn't mean one walks free, but it could simply be a deal to avoid execution. Make no mistake about it, many deals have been made in the last 4 years.
