THIS is exactly why firearm safety training should be required for EVERYONE on the set and ONLY Armorers with a solid reputation of integrity should be handling the guns. And why anti-gun actors should NEVER be allowed to use guns in their movies.

There is NO such things as an 'accidental' shooting; it is ALWAYS do to carelessness, ignorance, or both. ONe is injured and another is dead because someone else's gross negligence... unless it was a hit job...
