A man in 2000 created a computer program which could predict human behavior accurately in flows of people around buildings.
Imperceptible to the conscious mind the designs realized a communication with the subconscious.
When he realized that he could predict elections and other events with 100% accuracy, he destroyed the program for fear it would be misused.
But once something gets introduced to this world it can never really be destroyed.
An AI would only need to know that it existed in order to reconstruct it.
