Juan would have to show himself to be OTHER than John Kennedy (the son). His book, "Kid by the Side of the Road", a very compelling part of the movie, The Called, where he goes to Dallas to the site of where his father was shot, walks by the drainage hole from whence one of the bullets was shot, shows a "ghost" of his teenage self in 4 different scenes of that Dallas segment.
I may be interpreting it incorrectly, but the "ghost" represented John who, as an older teenager, finally came to grips with just what had happened to his father.
When David Nino Rodriguez interviews him, he always calls him "Juanito" (little John).
Juan said he was friends with Bill Cooper. Why would Cooper wait until October of 1999 (a full four months after the plane crash) to talk about JFJ Jr. "murder" and the media coverup?
I believe it's John until proven otherwise.
I do agree with you that he's never claimed to be JFK Jr.
He is not Jr, his face was shown accidently in one of his interviews.

I watched the video you referenced. Here's what I observed:
1. The ENTIRE TIME I saw this guy's face even when TWO OTHER PEOPLE were having a back and forth conversation.
2. I looked up Wayne Ronald Willott on bing.com - found an image that showed this guy here in car (I will post it here) which says Wayne Ronald Willott is a fraud.
3. I clicked on the picture and it took me to P.J. 777's Anonup post.
Conclusions:
1. This Wayne guy was LISTENING to a Juan O Savin interview in his car.
2. The person who posted your video is not a credible person and gives no concrete, plausible evidence.
3. I have known for quite a while that P.J. 777 is one of the MOST RELIABLE Anons in existence. How coincidental that the "Wayne Ronald Willott is a fraud" picture took me to P.J. 777's Anonup post.

A couple of different pudgy guys wanting their few minutes of undue fame. Believe me, there is NO REASON either one of those guys would have to hide his identity. They are relative nobodies. Anyone can mashup a video to make things appear as they are NOT. I think that's what happened here in both of the videos you posted.
Do you honestly think David Nino Rodriguez and Roseann Barr would be talking to either of these two pudgies? I've seen Juan's hands - they are not pudgy. I've seen Juan's walk - very similar to the walk when John was on the Jay Leno Show in 1998.
