The Jupiter Agreement is a good thing.
It puts the U.S. (of the countries / nations attending) in charge of the earth Alliance.
The 3 evil dudes have $$ to help bring technology up to speed and can only do so for good! They are / will be constantly monitored and any slip up or violation of their part of the agreements will cause them to loose what they have and most likely their life.
