At 2:20 watch carefully, the camera pans in for close up view and children start walking out and it pans back to wide view
I watched live, while video was being taken - it confused all of us including the person taking video...Because...yes there were plenty of children and adults in plain clothes and military. Cant say what the op was...but yes there were an odd number of children & it was middle of the night. oddly, when all was said & done...appears there was fireworks...yep...colorful fireworks? Weird.
