I watched live, while video was being taken - it confused all of us including the person taking video...Because...yes there were plenty of children and adults in plain clothes and military. Cant say what the op was...but yes there were an odd number of children & it was middle of the night. oddly, when all was said & done...appears there was fireworks...yep...colorful fireworks? Weird.
logicaly .. they could be the kids of the people that were attending whatever event that was being observed by the people on the observation deck.. unless of course... someone has hard evidence that it was something else...
