Yes, he was going to Walter Reed to check in on the soldiers and see how the vaccinations were going. Said he had been to WR "many times". #NotMyPresident
You bet cha he has been to WR. He was sent there back in the 70's or so to fix his PierrE DelctO "habit"...he did good until he would get a visual...not sure by photo/film/or in person (sniff thing). Guess you could say it was a big failure.
Marine One wouldn't let Biden on. It would have to be soneome else.
