I've been doing some research and I've found out that the reason he's been going back to his hometown so much is because he's having the tattoo removed. The reason for all the hair is because everyone knows when you shave off body hair, it grows back even thicker. In the picture, you can clearly see the tattoo, it's just starting to fade away.

Go back to your research because it lead you down the wrong path. The shirtless photo of Bye-den is a fake. These photos were posted by The Onion in 2013 as a joke.....
