Think logically. A natural earthquake can't be happen in Australia. Not possible. It's in the middle of the continental plate.
Earthquakes happen predominantly around fault lines, but not exclusively. So what you're implying is wrong.

Is there any footage of the surrounding ground shakibg as the quake happened? Why is that the only damaged building? The others all look unscathed!

There are fault lines - there's one that runs through part of Arkansas called the New Madrid with a notorious history of some bad shakes n quakes
