🤔Patriot Alerts on Telegram is interesting. They posted these with no explanation at all. Any one know what these are referring to. I do a lot of research and have not yet come across anything like this. Weather modification system maybe....HARP? 🤔

I can see that as well. Thank you for the help! I did find out that they are Tesla's ideas called 'cascades of AC transformers.' Super neat! People shared some links.
