Phil Schneider was a geologist, structural engineer, and underground tunneling expert who participated in the construction of many deep underground cities and bases in North America and abroad for the government. I do not understand this "law". We go to hospital to die. I recently spoke with my "doctor", who has yet to present himself to me. I was there because I am required by the terms of a CONtract to see a doctor concerning a specific diagnosis I received directly and proximently from the Maryland Insurance Commissioner himself. I no longer reside in Maryland; however the CONtract is between myself, General Electric and The Metropolitan Life Insurance Company. If I do NOT see a doctor about my PERMANENT "Long Term" Disability then they can show cause that somehow I shouldn't be paid. LITERALLY, it is my "job" for General Electric as Managed by MetLife via Sedgwick which I receive a settlement check every month that I must interface with a doctor to discuss specific diagnosis.
His representative made 3 attempts to lead me down a path of medication.
1) Blood Pressure after one suspicious reading
2) Mental Health after the standard mental health questions
3) The omni present JAB
