Oh I know that for sure. Have known for years. I just doubt he would actually admit his responsibility!
He obviously made a deal (the note he gave to Laura and Jeb) at Sr.'s "funeral." Maybe that deal included him giving names, information AND a confession to the world. Not sure what he would get in return, maybe a choice in his method of execution. He certainly doesn't deserve to live.
