It was more eloquently put by one of my Aunts, God does not care if we believe His promises. He already promised them and who are we as vessels to argue with the potter. At the time I was too young to understand. Later in life I asked her to explain it to me. She asked me if I knew what happens when someone dies and leaves you something in a will. I said yes. She simply stated, God does not care if you believe, because His will, His Son's blood was the final contract. She looked me straight in the eyes and said, and I quote, "You gonna argue with God?"

I'm glad you believe, however by one man ALL are condemned, that man being Adam. By one man ALL are conciled that man being Jesus Christ.
