Anyone know if all returned soldier caskets are as light as the ones appeared to be today? Been to bazillions of funerals as a PK and a current pastor myself and have witnessed hulking men struggle with caskets. Now, I realize the ones today were likely much lighter than the kind purchased at a funeral home, but it seemed like the caskets were very light for the soldiers. Just curious if anyone has knowledge of the weight of the military caskets? (No disrespect meant whatsoever, just an honest question. TIA)
