A friend posted this on twitterland and did a little hunt on the very controlled Dem Mayor who was doing his best to cause an unjust panic. The recent rain in that area means anyone needing to 'water their lawns' was beyond ridiculous. Never let a good chance to spread 'fear' go to waste.
