my work did a mask mandate for a second time recently. i work for general mills. they forced me to go home for refusing to wear one even though i proved i could social distance. then hr called me and told me to either put on a mask or point out (occurence system) which they wont pay out unemployment for.

Put it on your chin, if you need the job. I did that for the last year and a half before I retired.
