I had an EMS "test" on my tv at 2:20pm today, but not on my phone.
The image below is what popped on the screen shortly after it started, WTF?!?
Then the screen went black.

I watched it the whole time to see if it changed so I could get another pic, but that was the only one that showed up on my tv, I didn't get anything on my phone though, I have been through every thing on my phone and there is no way for me to activate EMS Alerts.
I even searched for a way to do so on the internet and found nothing that shows for my phone.
it was being monitored by some anons. they found weaknesses within ems, so it could possibly been being used for secret communications within the deep state.
