I had an EMS "test" on my tv at 2:20pm today, but not on my phone.
The image below is what popped on the screen shortly after it started, WTF?!?
Then the screen went black.

I watched it the whole time to see if it changed so I could get another pic, but that was the only one that showed up on my tv, I didn't get anything on my phone though, I have been through every thing on my phone and there is no way for me to activate EMS Alerts.
I even searched for a way to do so on the internet and found nothing that shows for my phone.
