Critical thinking and Common sense is taught and learned. It is not born with traits. The day they introduced so called "Smartphones", which it literally is "Dumbyoudownphones", the critical thinking and common sense was out of the window.
They knew "Dumbyoudownphones" will fascinate everyone, but little did the people know that, that was the day you literally needed no need to memorize anything.
