EMERGENCY BROADCAST SPEAKERS
These were installed approx 4 months ago, and are specifically for Emergency Broadcasting. Mind blown!!!!!! Under those big grates, with the sandbags, are the Metro tunnels. Also, Union Station is only 2 blocks away. The trains are used for nefarious reasons, and will be flooded eventually. They must be expecting a VERY height level of water, because thise go, what, 50 ft down? still needing sandbags? So, Emergency Broadcasting speakers, and sandbags, in place. These, for me, confirmed the EBS. Weve been hearing about it, but never anything concrete, for me. This, is concrete evidence, for me.

I just don't see how Signal app will work with no internet or phone service.
They will be testing the EBS (emergency broadcast system) on Wednesday the 11th. This will be national. To every tv, radio, computer and phone. Could it be? Remember Trump upgraded and tested it early on in his first year I think. Something is coming, it is going to get worse before it gets better. So be ready, hold the line and no matter what, DO NOT TAKE THE SHOT!!!!

Something really strange happened last night on my over night shift. I work as an auditor at a hotel here in NY. I have to send out reports to several people. We had an internet outage and couldn't reach any outside websites or emails. The computer said we had internet access. I restarted the computer and it showed that internet was available....but when trying to get online all sites were down. Maybe they are testing for this.
