Yes... stock up on seeds now that you can. Can goods too.. hey do you think the ban of plastic bags is also related? So people can limit their purchases in stores? If someone has two tote bags how the heck can they fit food for a whole household let alone a month? Anyway, was just wondering why all the sudden there is a push to ban bags.

No, lol. Here in CA plastic bags have been disco'd in most grocery stores several years ago. I worked in a market for 8 years -- trust me, they want you to fill up your cart and spend money there.

But because of what's happening around the country and the world with farmers plowing under their crops, and long-haul truckers staying off the roads -- both for $$$ -- we're going to start seeing the (delayed) results of that fairly soon, which is a supply disruption and low stock.

So just be prepared. We went through this a year and a half ago when we didn't know the half of the cr*p they were pulling, and we survived. We'll get through this, too.

I stopped in a Panera Bread today, and I thought it was interesting that they had a sign on their counter saying they are experiencing a shortage on some ingredients. I've never seen that anywhere before - ever!!

Yes true, at Trader Joe's some simple stuff like chips are having manufacturing delays ... don't forget they are holding back for the price gouge dubbed "inflation". Keep stashing more good, also liquids, like fruit in jars, water jugs. Always be prepare.
