I have heard that if you dont wear sunglasses, your body releases hormones so you don't burn. But I don't have a link. But if sunscreen is so dangerous, I would try it.
I tried to go without sunscreen and without sunglasses, and I still burnt. Going to investigate organic sunscreen or homemade sunscreen next.
