They were working on it today when I was watching the livefeed of it... I think it's a station for hanging treasonous traitors!!
Important to know and thank you for sharing what you saw. Someone is trying to convince everyone that it was put there to watch an inaug parade. Maybe , yet, It's odd they took all of the staging and bleachers down the week before for everyones "safety" but left this up and that it hasn't been removed yet.
