I actually work there (Stennis Space Center). That's not merely a mist. It covers our cars and if you don't go home and scrub that crap off immediately, it stains.

Do you know why they do this?
I just found out our local power plant looks like this and they seed the clouds to make it rain to cool their towers. I can't find any regulation about this. Thanks.
