I’ve been having a lot of the symptoms and especially the last few days I’ve been waking up in the 4 o’clock hour not able to go back to sleep.
Yup! Me 2!! Sleep comes & goes. I don't recognize my sleep patterns anymore! I'm wired, I'm crashed. I'm wide awake, I'm dreamless. All over the place 🙏😹
