As an RN for 50 years I can agree. The CDC has had a growing influence over the medical community over the years of my carreer. Combined with Big Pharma and the insurance industry, medical care took a noticable turn away from what is best for the individual patient and their unique needs, to a "collective" approach. The regulations, reduntant paperwork etc makes it difficult to provide good medical care due to lack of time. Most care is focused on treating symptoms rather than the cause, like poor diets, lack of hydration, exercise etc.
