I can believe it. I'm due S of Des Moines about 30 mi into Mo and we just had some major ugly black high wind thunderstorms FLY through. Temp dropped about 30 degrees at least. My neighbor to the NW of me had quarter size hail ... luckily none hit here. My little garden sure needed the rain but the hail would have scared it half to death ... ;)
