Yall ever have those dreams where you wake up 3 or 4 times and each time you go back to sleep you pick up the dream where you left off?

I woke up several times talking. Once it was,"It appears to collapse on itself after they go thro but it doesn't really, we've got to go thro there". Next time I woke up, "it is called a jump gate"
Once-"Just hoover over 14 and see if it will drop"
Once-"The panels must be exactly right"
Geez its gonna be a take a little nap later day!!!

Nana has heard of them but I have not met one. I have had dreams bout something similar but my dreams were about the Annanaki bird man.

Nana sleep apnea sucks, i also have acid reflux, i eat alot of garbage tho its my own fault but ive never got a full night sleep of unbroken rest in years, always falling out of a dream , i cant wait for med beds :)

Drink plenty of FILTERED ALKALINE WATER. This reduces acid reflux significantly. A poor diet produces acid, an acidic body is more prone to disease. My husband had bad reflux but since staying well hydrated ( minimum 32 ounces daily) of alkaline water he has not had any reflux issues. Sleep on a wedge to reduce both sleep apnea and reflux ussues. A proper diet too!

I dream often. Last night I dreamed of underwater glass like cubes people walked under the water in. Trail cars that traveled under water as well. Odd, but interesting.
