this happened in oregon - allegedly the majority of people voted it in last election. i have called b.s. on that (no way the majority voted for out right legalization). i have seen how this is currently impacting a beautiful family. their 19 year old teenage son is using (cocaine) - and there is nothing they can do about it. he's a legal adult and this sheot is considered legal. it is heart-breaking!
