It was all staged. By the car is a dummy who received medical care that followed zero protocols. He was lifted by "paramedics" like he weighed less than a hundred pounds not 300 pounds. His casket was too small and the pal bearers carried the casket like it was empty. The guy kneeling on the dummy is a crisis actor. All a hoax to start riots.
