Have you ever noticed that all he ever accomplishes is talking about this and that, filing FOIA request after FOIA request, and yet nothing ever comes out of the work he does?
I don't feel too harshly about Tom. He did a lot of work getting states to clean their voter roles. He got a lot of info on many important cases. It's easy to overlook because Seth's murder was so heinous, vile and evil that it fogs the issues up some. Here's a tweet by Matt Crouch who knows about this
