I don't feel too harshly about Tom. He did a lot of work getting states to clean their voter roles. He got a lot of info on many important cases. It's easy to overlook because Seth's murder was so heinous, vile and evil that it fogs the issues up some. Here's a tweet by Matt Crouch who knows about this
