Wait Wut - I though I was a boomer 1965 yes I walked barefoot everywhere....in creeks on the street everywhere. Climbed trees fail out of trees, pulled peaches and apples from trees in the neighborhood for a quick snack. We used the horse apples as weapons and sipped on honeydew growing on the fences....you don't see that today...
