Different timeline. Have you heard of the Mandela effect? In that timeline, he was imprisoned for something, I forget what. the data stream crosses dimensional boundaries and the Adversary used it on the regular to spread false information to destroy people. That's why we see "clones" and "doubles" It's really images from alternate timelines. That is what I am saying. You can't clone a person. It doesn't work that way. Even a clone needs to develop naturally, from an embryo. You can't just whip up a new Joe Biden when you need one.
