I usually can meditate it away with essential oils but today it has been kicking my butt, forcing me to fall asleep but still feel the pain. I think I need to apply a heated wash cloth to my face & try that.
Cold compresses to the back of your neck and forhead helps ti shrink inflamation in blood vessels. plus quiet and rest in a dark room. Works for me, also I do use Excedrin migraine.

Dark room & quiet helps but unfortunately I have a neighbor that loves to hammer all day long! I normally use Vicks Vapor Rub on my forehead & the back of my neck. It does wonders but our weather here in the U.P. of Michigan has been quite strange & its contributing to my issues.
