Unfortunately , I don't but I have been inhaling lavender & I heard that has medical properties. Our weather is so messed up. Yesterday it was sunny but cool , today we had sleet & rain & cold temps. Usually by this time its not so cold & we get rain & not so much snow. Thank you for the suggestion & for the prayers. You really are a true angel! ❤️🤗❤️

I usually can meditate it away with essential oils but today it has been kicking my butt, forcing me to fall asleep but still feel the pain. I think I need to apply a heated wash cloth to my face & try that.

Ugh , it feels like I have been kicked by a mule in my face & head. This is awful. I took some benedryl thinking that would help & inhaled lavender it helped a little but I keep falling asleep. Going to take some medicine & going to crawl into bed with a hot wash cloth on my face.
