It is imperative that people take action by doing things to support and promote itheir individual natural immune response:
REMOVE that filthy mask
Hydrate with FILTERED alkaline water (never bottled they are acidic) 32-40 ounces daily min.
Sunshine, fresh air daily ( natural disinfectant + Vit D
Exercise ( daily 30 min brisk walk OUTSIDE)
Have Vit D level checked and supplement if needed
NO SODA ( makes body acidic= more prone to disease
Healthy diet, Non-GMO, no HFCS, organic
Spiritual care ( pray, worship, meditation)
Reduce stress, socialize, hug, laugh, smile
In other words do the OPPOSITE of covid recommendations.
My feelings exactly! None of this has been promoted by the system which is the biggest red flag of them all. I've prioritized everything on this list and turned my life around. Common sense goes a long way this day in age.
