Our bodies are mostly water and most people are chronically dehydrated. The is one reason soda and coffee is pushed because it dehydrates and makes the body acidic. Acidic bodies are more prone to disease.( especially the growth of cancer) Dehydrated bodies also are more prone to disease. Water vibrates easily, so dehydrated bodies that are in a fearful and anxious state ( releasing harmful hormones') = disease= DIS-Ease. Both physical and emotional DIS-Ease. Less water = less reception to good "vibes." There are many good audios available at good Hertz like 432.
