Blake the constitution in place is or was a second constitution (the corporation one) the crooks and deceivers put in place this is a comm telling is we reverted back to the original constitution of 1776 they are just relating that to is in this comm having some fun also letting us know the corporation is dissolved, and we are now a republic once again. That is my take on things it is not actually a brand-new constitution just the original one.
