I worked at Six Flags America outside of DC between gigs... I was a Ride Maintenance Technician. Can confirm... some creepy shit, but I didn't stick around long... When you are ordered to disable certain sensors so the big coaster still operates... If the Joker don't exit the tunnel going 55 mph it ain't gonna make it around the track... The LSMs (Linear Synchronous Motors) are always burning out. So much so that the ride is rarely at 100% and often if the weight of the crowd on the ride is too much, it will not make the circuit.
