Hmm haven't gotten an Emergency Alert Test yet on my phone. We don't have TV cable or sattlelite and refuse to get one. I hope the phones will get the info too at some point!

the clock on the wall reads 9:47 amd the ticker tape says effective until 11:45am. but its just a test?
