Hey Joey....allow The Word of God to absord your pain. No matter what the situation, God has more ways than one to get us through our instances of anxiety. Think of it as God having ideas to give you, but they need to come to the surface. Be patient. Ask for wisdom. Try to fix whatever needs fixing, with love, patience, and the desire for peace at all times. We are mentally tougher than we think, so don't dwell on the negative for any long period of time. Focus on what God may want you to do each day. Allow him to help you over each hurdle. I have been through so many instances of anxiety, and actually prepared myself mentally to live on the street if I reach my breaking point. I have no doubt God would give me a new purpose. I am hopeful though, and that came from removing the desire for the things that 'I' wanted, and focusing on the needs of others. It made a huge difference, and knowing God is with us always, is hard to express in words. Take care brother.
