if i am correct, the higher rank must initiate the salute...if that's right, then Biden should have saluted them first. He was the source of disrespect Not the soldiers.
I just remember they were always first saluting Trump as he approached and Trump reciprocated- here there was nothing from Biden or the Marines- total indifference...
