This is the first time I saw this- as Bidens approached Capital doorway on Jan 20, the Marines guarding door did NOT salute him and he DID NOT salute them...

if i am correct, the higher rank must initiate the salute...if that's right, then Biden should have saluted them first. He was the source of disrespect Not the soldiers.
