This is ridiculous. I live in Virginia. It was never about race it's about ability. There will always be those born with better genes in the area to learn above and beyond. Head injuries, vaccines and illness can affect that ability. For those that maintain their God given smarts that excel, more power to them. To stifle their ability to excel dumbs them down to the level of those that aren't able to. Without those that excel where will the scientists and inventors be? God did not make us all the same, this is what the left is trying to force. A cookie cutter human. The state of Virginia has gone right into the recesses of an outhouse poop hole.
