Thank you for the link to the fireworks on the 20th. I am asking about last night though. The video I saw today showed fireworks from last night (1/23). They said they saw police vehicles, buses and then a blackout at the White House, followed by a pretty significant fireworks display- all between 3:00 and 6:00 a.m., so technically 1/24.
