A few years ago a contractor I employed showed up late. Said he was only a few cars behind an 18 wheeler that had tipped on it's side. There was a small crowd, ALL of them were filming the truck driver through the windshield as he was trapped inside, bleeding from his head. Contractor and his assistant helped the guy get out while not one person filming realized they were no longer behaving like an American. Which he screamed at them for. I think he died a little inside that day.
