Me, I use Reverse Osmosis water. Fluoride removed, as well as other harmful contaminants. Home systems available, also purchase by gallon (inexpensive) at organic produce stores.
I always buy spring water only never filtered or purified (it irritates my throat). usually poland spring.. thank you i will look into it ❤️
