I'm electrical system protection... Utility guys, be prepaired for an "underfrequency" relay trip ASNI 87U. This is sufficient to roll all your 86's... Your utility will try and "island" itself at first then if the alarm persists it will begin shutting down stations until the alarm clears. By design, your alarm prob wont clear.
